Hacienda Chichen's operational protocols includes a complete sanitization in each room, in addition we have certified our house team with a Legionella pneumophila and COV19 strict cleaning practices for you to have additional healthy environment, during your stay at the hacienda.
Take time to be in contact with Mother Nature at our botanical gardens and Maya Jungle Reserve, where wild flora and fauna will bring you full surprises as you come in contact with its creative life.
Driving to Chichen Itza:
An easy, safe, and comfortable choice.
To fully enjoy and explore the Yucatan Peninsula, we highly recommend you rent a car at the airport of your arrival, be it in Merida or in Cancun. Having a car will bring you the freedom to plan your daily activates at ease, enjoy hours in any of Yucatan's many beaches, Colonial cities, Mayan archaeological sites, cenotes, villages and countryside. Bring your cellular and GPS or ask the car rental clerk to give you a tourist map of Yucatan for visual aid.
Hacienda Chichen and Yaxkin Spa are located within the Zona Hotelera of Chichen Itza, next to the southeast entrance to the Maya archaeological visited site, between the Maya villages of Piste and Xcalacoop. Just an easy safe drive taking the Interstate Toll Highway # 180 called "Cuota." .

CHICHEN ITZA LOCATION AND DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Once more: Hacienda Chichen Resort is located at the heart of Chichen Itza, an Archeological zone, not in a town.
Here are easy directions to follow if doubtful, feel free to call us. We are here to help you!
So there is no need to be confused by misleading information about our location; some sites place the Hacienda Chichen Resort incorrectly in Tinum or Piste towns: we are in neither! Tinum is a town 35 KM away from us, a 40 minutes unnecessary drive. Piste is the closest town to Chichen Itza; and, we are in the ancient city of Chichen Itza, but not inside the archeological visited park. So pass the main entrance near Piste, drive taking the curved free road #180, and you will see the road fork (left bellow photo) to exit to the Chichen Itza Hotel Zone. Drive about 200 meters down the exit road, drive it until you see our Main entrance (right bellow photo). Use Google maps or any other App for easy to follow directions! See you soon!
